The WFI National Retrieval Network is an infrastructure comprised of production facilities and staff members located across the country, all with the single purpose of retrieving medical records as quickly and as completely as possible.

Redundant facilities in Los Angeles, St. Louis and Charlotte provide closer proximity to the medical providers for faster cycle time and reduced cost, scalability for managing volume fluctuations, and fail-over capacity for business continuity.

California represents a significant opportunity with WFI, via our On-Site special handling process, which reduces cycle time and improves quality through the utilization of WFI field representatives to scan medical records at the medical provider.
